     Sherri L. Socoski, 57, of Wallaceton, Clearfield County, passed away Wednesday evening, May 4, 2022 at Homewood at Martinsburg.

     She was born in Philipsburg, daughter of Ginger L. (Millinder) Lumadue and the late Burton U. “Butch” Lumadue.

     Surviving are her mother of Wallaceton; a son, Randy L. Socoski Jr. (Alyssa Simcox) of Clearfield; a daughter, Crystal D. Burns (Mike) of Roaring Spring; six grandchildren: Ciara Socoski, Caylee Socoski, Caitlin Socoski, Cadence Socoski, Hailey Burns and Jordy Burns; two sisters: Tammy Laskowsky (Ricky) of Houtzdale and Deborah Cassler (Michael) of West Decatur; two nieces; Brittany English (Chris) and Makayla Cassler; a great-niece, Kinlee English; and her pet dog, Holly.

     Sherri was a 1982 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School. She was employed for 12 years as a store merchandiser for Family Dollar, where she worked at many store locations across the country.

     She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and also enjoyed watching cardinals and collecting Elmo memorabilia.

     At Sherri’s request there will be no public services.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.

     Memorial contributions in memory of Sherri may be given to Cove Cause for Cancer, 343 Ponderosa Lane, Roaring Spring, PA 16673 or UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1b 5150 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
