Phillip Allan Linn

Phillip Allan Linn, 75, of rural Williamsburg, passed away Sunday morning, October 15, 2023 at his home.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late John D. Linn and H. Ruth (Witherow) Linn-Heverly and was twice married, first to Margie Kaye (Reed) Linn, who preceded him in death on March 5, 1991 and then to Donna J. (Baughman) Linn.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Donna of 29 years; and also his blended family: daughter, Julie Russell (Scott), daughter, Jana Mock (Terry), son, John Taylor, son Shawn Pickell (Sondra) and daughter, Shannon Vinglas (Rich); six grandchildren: Tessa Robley (Drew), Thayne Russell (Kylie), Alexa Ritchey (Matt), Landon Mock, Gage Pickell and Paige Pickell; and five great-grandchildren: Logan Robley, Calen Robley, Reece Robley, Molly Ritchey and Amelia Ritchey.
He was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law: Douglas and Nancy Linn.
Phil was a 1966 graduate of Altoona High School. He worked as a certified plumber and head of maintenance for the Williamsburg Community School District and also as a pipe fitter for Conrail for many years.
He was a member of the Clappertown CMA Church and enjoyed attending the brunch Bible Study at the Vicksburg Grace Brethren Church. Phil was also a member of The Corvette Club of Altoona.
Phil loved spending time with his family, working in his garage, woodworking, and fixing cars and motorcycles.
Friends will be received from 5-7pm, Thursday, October 19, 2023 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, where a funeral service will begin at 7pm, Pastor Brad Davis officiating.
