      Michael W. Criswell, 49, of rural Williamsburg, passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening, September 14, 2023 at his home.

     He was born in Altoona, son of Wayne Eugene and Carolyn Faye (Smith) Criswell.

     Surviving are his parents of rural Williamsburg; a sister, Tracy M. Grove (Kenny) of East Freedom; twin-brother, Mark E. Criswell (Renee) of rural Williamsburg; Nieces and Nephews: Leah and Bryce Criswell, Kendra Zomok (Zach), Tanner Grove (Hannah) and Samantha Grove; a great-niece, Iris Zomok; and two great-nephews: Oliver Zomok and Niles Grove.

      Mike was a 1993 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg.  He worked in the yard at Beavertown Block Co., Inc., McKee for 22 years and for the past eight months was employed as a packer, at Cenveo in Williamsburg.

     He loved spending time with his family, fishing, barbeques and smoking food on his grill.  Mike also enjoyed animals, canoeing and shooting targets and clay pigeons.

     A celebration of life service will be held at 11am, Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Salem Church, rural Martinsburg, with Pastor Micah Clouse officiating.  Private interment will be held at Salem Reformed Church Cemetery, rural Martinsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.

     Memorial contributions in memory of Mike may be given to Mending Hearts Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 97, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
