     LuAnn Frances Wagner, 59, of Williamsburg, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, June 29, 2021 at her residence.

     She was born in Altoona, daughter of Rachel J. (Smith) Miller of Williamsburg and the late Percy H. Plowman.  

      Surviving are two sons: Richard “Rick” D. Lloyd Jr. and Shaun P. Lloyd; two daughters: Tiffany A. Lloyd and Brittany N. Lloyd; five grandchildren; two brothers: Lt. Col. David Miller (Becky) and Kenneth Miller; and three sisters: Sandra Mumich (Fred), Donna Miller and Nancy Decker.

      She was preceded in death by a son, Jason Paul Lloyd; a brother, Jeffrey Wayne Miller; and her children’s father, Richard D. Lloyd Sr.

     LuAnn was a 1981 graduate of Williamsburg High School. She loved spending time with her family and friends and also enjoyed playing bingo and talking while hanging out at Nick’s Grab ‘n Go in Williamsburg.

     Friends will be received from 12:30 until 2 pm, Friday, July 9, 2021, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg, where a celebration of life service will follow at 2 pm, Pastor Joseph Weber officiating.
