     Judith A. “Judi” Phillips, 69, Berlin, formerly of Martinsburg, passed away Monday evening, December 2, 2019, at Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin.

     She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Floyd M. and Ruth V. (Kinser) Reighard.  On November 27, 1970, she married the late James S. Phillips.

     Surviving are a son, Timothy M. (Tana) Phillips of St. Louis, MO; three granddaughters: Taylor, Madison, and Cadence Phillips; two sisters: Donna (Michael) Kirke of Hollidaysburg and Patti (Jim) Milks of New Enterprise; and a brother, David (Chris) Reighard of Altoona.

     She was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Ricky Reighard.

     Judi was a 1967 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg and attended St. Matthew Lutheran Church, Martinsburg.  

     She was employed for over 20 years as a Nurse’s Aide at The Village of Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg.  Judi was a very artistic person, who loved spending time with her family, tending to her flowers, and drawing. 

     A private service will be held at the convenience of the family with private inurnment at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.  Arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg.
