Harold S. “Stan” Delozier Jr.

Harold S. “Tac” Delozier Jr., 71, of Williamsburg, passed away Friday evening, April 5, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown.
He was born in rural Hollidaysburg, son of the late Harold S. Sr. and Prucie M. (Kensinger) Delozier. On August 10, 1985, he married Karen S. Helsel at the Cove Forge United Methodist Church, rural Williamsburg.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Karen, of 38 years: two sons: James P. DeCriscio (Elizabeth) of Hollidaysburg and P. Corey Delozier of Williamsburg; five grandchildren: Keaton Nolan, Hannah Hallman, Kiara Frye (Brayden Robison), Derek DeCriscio and Harlei DeCriscio; and a soon to be born great-grandson, Kayden.
He was preceded in death by two sisters: Donna Jean Delozier and Emily Ann Umbower.
Stan was a 1974 graduate of Williamsburg High School and a member of Royer United Methodist Church in rural Williamsburg.
He was employed as a material packer for 26 years at Edgemate, Roaring Spring. Over the years, Stan also worked at Shirley Donuts, in Duncansville, and for Sizzler Pizza and Martin General Stores, both in Williamsburg.
Stan loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, taking his trip to Ireland with the Williamsburg Blue Pirate Band and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed working on cars, watching NASCAR and listening to music. His favorite band was the Beatles.
Friends will be received from 5-7pm, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg, where a funeral service will begin at 7pm, Pastor Cheryl Gonsman officiating. Private interment will be held at Royer Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
