     Margaret J. Kristofco, 85, of Martinsburg formerly of Johnstown, passed away Tuesday evening, May 8, 2018 at her home.

     She was born in Bakerton, Cambria County, daughter of the late Michael and Susan (Stefanica) Hruska.  Margaret was twice married, first to Steven Gyurke and then to Edward Kristofco, who both preceded her in death.

     Surviving are two daughters: Susan M. Williams (husband, Jack) of Martinsburg and Mary L. Carli (husband, Michael) Odessa, FL; three grandchildren: Cory Taylor (wife, Kara), Nicole Keefer (husband, Eric) and Adam McKnight.

     She was preceded in death by three brothers: Joseph, Michael, her twin and Jokey Hruska.

     Margaret was a graduate of Blacklick Valley High School and received her registered nursing degree from Conemaugh Hospital Nursing Program, Johnstown.

     She was a member of St. Clement Church, Johnstown and was primarily a homemaker who enjoyed bowling, playing cards, reading and doing crossword puzzles.

     A memorial mass will be held at 10 am, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona, with Monsignor Robert C. Mazur as celebrant.  Inurnment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, Sumter County.

     The family prefers memorial contributions in memory of Margaret be given to an Alzheimer Organization of your choice.
