     Janet Louise (Armstrong) Keim, 82, of Harrisburg, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, October 29, 2018. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Mackey) Armstrong and also a graduate of Altoona Area High School. She was the widow of Lt. Col. Carl A. Keim.

     She faithfully followed her husband of 53 years across the USA and western Europe during his Air Force career, to settle back in PA to raise their family. Her full-time job was raising three surviving sons: Kevin A. Keim of Harrisburg, Kelly Keim and wife Nancy of Seabrook, TX and Daniel Keim and wife Patty of Harrisburg. Also surviving are grandchildren: Brandon Keim of Seabrook, TX, Kristen (Keim) Wood and husband Zack of Washington D.C. and Daniel R. Keim of Harrisburg. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Armstrong. Her joys in life were watching her sons become successful adults, playing cards games with family and friends and winters in sunny Florida. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

Friends will be received from 11 am until the noon memorial service, Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg. Inurnment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
