James M. Corle

James M. Corle, 77, rural Martinsburg, passed away Saturday afternoon, October 20, 2018 at UPMC Altoona.
He was born at home in rural Martinsburg, son of the late J. Milton and Berneda E. (Park) Corle. On December 20, 1959 he married Deloris I. Brumbaugh at Fairview Church of the Brethren, rural Williamsburg and she preceded him in death on March 26, 2018.
Surviving are two sons: Randy Corle (wife, Debbie) and Bryan Corle (wife, Sharon) both of Williamsburg; a daughter, Brenda Greenleaf (husband, Karl) of New Enterprise; six grandchildren: five great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Lois E. Lear of Martinsburg; Nancy E. Farringer in Georgia and Imogene B. Farringer of Roaring Spring.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Trisha Lynette Replogle; and a brother, Richard E.
Jim was a 1959 graduate of Morrisons Cove High School, Martinsburg, and a longtime member of Fairview Church of the Brethren, rural Williamsburg. He was also a member of the Blair County Holstein Club and served on the Martinsburg Dairy Show Board.
Jim was a lifelong dairy farmer along Clover Creek and for many years ran their dairy farm with his brother, Dick and later with his two sons, Randy and Bryan, until his retirement in 2007.
He loved spending time with his family and also enjoyed hunting, woodworking, raising Chinchillas and collecting toy tractors.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8p.m., Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Martinsburg, and from 10 until the 11a.m. funeral service, Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Fairview Church of the Brethren, rural Williamsburg, Pastor Eric J. Fether officiating. A private interment will be held at Shellytown-Fairview Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
The family prefers memorial contributions be given to Fairview Church of the Brethren, 1022 Fairview Road, Williamsburg, PA 16693.
