Audrey Pauline (Teeter) Querry

Audrey Pauline (Teeter) Querry, 84, of Martinsburg passed away early Monday morning, June 4, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Martinsburg, daughter of the late, John E. Sr. and Martha S. (Replogle) Teeter. On June 6, 1953, she married David W. Querry in Martinsburg and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2009. They shared 55 wonderful years together.
Surviving are a daughter, Diane Q. Mansfield (husband, Dennis) of Salt Lake City, UT; a son, Brian D. Querry (wife, Kimberly) of State College; five grandchildren: Mauri Dressman, Chase and Lindy Mansfield, Kendal and Shelby Querry; three great-grandsons: Sawyer, Roman and Beckett; and two sisters: Betty J. Zook of Martinsburg and M. Carol Flamini of Moorestown, NJ.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Jay M. Teeter and John E. Teeter Jr.
Audrey attended Benson Elementary School and was a 1951 graduate of Morrison Cove High School, Martinsburg.
She was an active member of Memorial Church of the Brethren, serving on the church board, as a deaconess and president of the Women’s Fellowship. Audrey also held active memberships in the Nason Hospital Auxiliary where she served as president, and Morrisons Cove Home Auxiliary, where she volunteered and led as the committee chair. In addition she was involved as an officer and member of the Martinsburg BPW and was named as district BPW Woman of the Year.
Audrey loved spending time with her family, especially with her grand and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, traveling, serving God and sharing her life with others. Audrey was the heart of her family, church and community. She bonded us all together with her strength, grace and love.
Friends will be received from 6-8pm, Friday, June 8, 2018 at Memorial Church of the Brethren and from 11am until the Noon celebration of life service, Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the church, Pastor Eric J. Fether officiating. Interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
The family prefers memorial contributions in memory of Audrey be given to Memorial Church of the Brethren, 210 N. Wall St., Martinsburg, PA 16662.
